Savannah is an Albuquerque-based reporter with the national public radio show Marketplace where she covers rural and Indigenous economies. She got her start reporting for Wyoming Public Radio and the Mountain West News bureau. Her work has also appeared in ICT, High Country News, the Texas Observer and on NPR. She was raised by a big Wampanoag family that taught her everything she knows about digging quahogs and (almost) everything she knows about telling a good story.
