The Indigenous Journalists Association (IJA) has made all 2023 conference sessions and workshops available on the IJA YouTube channel.
The 2023 conference program delivered over 25 breakout sessions and covered everything from ‘How to start an Indigenous Affairs Beat’ to ‘Newsroom Staff Wellness’ and ‘Navigating Online Risks’. The conference Opening Ceremony, Opening Night Reception, Annual Business Meeting and Membership Luncheon, and the Awards Banquet can also be found on the 2023 conference playlist.
IJA hosted the 2023 conference at the Delta Hotel and RBC Convention Centre in downtown Winnipeg Aug. 10-12.
IMC24 Virtual Hub
IJA members who were unable to attend the 2024 conference in-person can access all content on-demand through the Virtual Hub, which is accessible exclusively to IJA members and attendees through August 2025.
Through the Virtual Hub, attendees and IJA members can access recordings of all breakout sessions, keynotes and special events throughout the conference.
