Description

The Underscore Indigenous Journalism Fellowship is designed to help equip and encourage the next generation of Indigenous journalists. Each summer, we host and train a collegiate journalism student or early-career journalist for an immersive paid 10-week internship, giving the fellow professional experience, fully paid housing and access to trainings with partners, among other offerings. The program emphasizes reporting and writing, with some opportunities for visual and social media journalism.
